Day 1: Europe-Kayseri Arrival in Kayseri or Nevşehir
Dinner and overnight in our 4* -5* hotels.
Day 2: Ürgüp-Ortahisar-Zelve
Breakfast at the hotel, hiking and cultural discoveries. Start of the walk. Departure from Ortahisar to Kizilcukur Valley and Gulludere.
Visit to the rock church "Three Crosses". Lunch, then visit to the troglodyte houses. Walk through the Zelve valley with its beautiful fairy chimneys.
Dinner and overnight in our 4* -5* hotels.
Day 3: Zelve-Göreme
Hiking and discoveries, local cultures.
In the morning, early discovery of the lunar and magical landscape of Cappadocia by the Mongolphiere (+ - 1 hour) (optional).
After breakfast, you will hike through the valley to Uchisar village, where you will have a beautiful panorama of Cappadocia. The valley of the pigeons.
Then Gorëme, the Valley of a Thousand and One Churches; visit the open-air museum with its rock churches.
After an afternoon walk in Çat village near Nevşehir and discovering Çat valley; spectacular multi-storey pioneers and incredible natural rock sculptures of strange creatures, visit to the Open Palace with the oldest monastic complex and the rocky mushrooms visible, the monastic complex of St. John, perfectly painted. Local lunch. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Day 4: Gomede-Ayvalı-Kavak , Pancarlık-Mustafa Paşa-Cemil-Taşkın- Soğanlı
After breakfast you will walk to the beautiful valley of Gomède.
Visit to the rock churches. Lunch in the valley of Gomède. Walk through the villages of Ayvali, Bahceli, Kavak.
Local crafts.
Dinner and overnight in our 4* hotel.
Day 5: Cappadocia -Lake of Narlı- Güzelyurt-Mont de Hasan-Valley of Peristréma-Selime-Yaprakhisar-Aksaray
After breakfast, we depart for Nar-Granada Lake for photos and visit of Gelveri, an ancient Greek-Turkish dwelling. Contemplation of the Creeus houses in the volcanic rocks, the admiration of the Valley of the Monastery, the Churches.
Then we will hike along the Melendiz Uluırmak River, 13 km from Ihlara village to Yaprakhisar-Selime village, also visiting the early Syrian style churches along the way. Have lunch at the edge of the Uluırmak River feeding the Mamasın Dam. Photos of the Selimiye Cathedral, the Turbé Tombeau Séldjoukide.
In Aksaray, the 2nd great city of culture of the Seljuk Empire: the monumental gate and mimbar of the Great Mosque- Ulu, the Medérsa Zinciriye, the tower of Pizze-Eğri Minare.
Dinner and overnight in Aksaray hotel 4*-5*.
Day 6: Aksaray, Acemhöyük, Saratlı underground city, Caravanserai, Obsidian stop, Cappadocia
After visiting the Archaeological Museum of Aksaray, depart for ancient Acemhöyük-Pruşhanta, the former capital of the Hittite Empire where the army of Alexander the Great encamped during Alexander the Great's great march to Issos, where they met two great powers of the world: Alexander the Great and Darius 3.
In Acemhöyük we visit the palaces of Sarıkaya, Hatıplar, the archaeological site of 2000 BC. Whose wealth is exhibited in Aksaray Archaeological Museum.
Contact with the population and village culture, local lunch.
Afternoon visit to the Underground City of Saratlı, stop at the Caravanserais, Obsidian on the Silk Road,
Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 7: Kayseri/Nevsehir-Europe.
After breakfast free time until transfer time.
