                        İSKENDERUN ÇIKIŞLI KONYA KELEBEK VADİSİ TURU

Belirtilen noktalarda misafirlerimizi alıp Konya’ya doğru hareket ediyoruz. Araç içi kahvaltılık ikramımız ve gerekli molalarımız ile Avrupa’nın en büyük tropikal kelebek bahçesi unvanın sahibi Kelebekler Vadisine hareket ediyoruz. Soğuk bir kış günü, bozkır ortasında bulunan Konya Tropikal Kelebek Bahçesi’ne giriş yaptığımızda, ilk olarak sıcak ve nem değişimini hissediyoruz. Uçuşan rengarenk kelebekler ve tropikal bitkilerin bulunduğu yemyeşil ortamla karşılaşıyoruz. Filipinler’den getirilen ve dünyanın en büyük kelebek unvanına sahip Atlas Kelebeği de sergilenen kelebekler arasında yer alıyor. Kelebeklerle ilgili bildiğimiz yanlış bilgilerin doğrusunu öğrenmek için harika bir alan. Örneğin hepimizin bildiği kelebeklerin 1 gün yaşadığına dair sahip olduğumuz bilginin yanlış olduğunu burada öğreneceksiniz. Kelebekler Vadisi turumuzda özellikle çocukların dikkatini çeken güzel bir ortama sahip. Tropikal bölümler dışında Böcek Müzesi gibi diğer bölümler, çocukların beğenisini kazanıyor. Kelebeklerin oluşmadan önceki koza evrelerini görebiliyor ve bir böceğin adım adım nasıl bir şahesere dönüştüğüne şahitlik ediyorsunuz. Kelebekler Vadisi gezimizi tamamladıktan sonra Sille’ye hareket ediyoruz. Yöresel öğle yemeğimizi restoranımızdan aldıktan sonra Sille gezimiz başlıyor. Eski bir Rum köyü olan Sille’de Rum yerleşimlerinde sıkça gördüğümüz taştan yapılmış evler, kiliseler oldukça güzel görüntüler ile bizleri karşılıyor. Burada bulunan Hacı Ağa Hamamı ve Müzesi, Osmanlı Köprüleri, binlerce yıl öncesine ait kaya mezarları ve 1500 yıl önce yapılmış olan Aya Elena Kilisesini görüyoruz. Buradaki gezimizi tamamladıktan sonra Konya merkeze hareket ediyoruz. Mevlâna Müzesi ziyaretimizde Türk ve İslam kültüründeki bu önemli yeri rehberimizin anlatımıyla inceliyoruz. Mevlâna Celaleddin-i Rumi’nin Kubbe-i Harda (Yeşil Kubbe) olarak anılan türbesi, dergâh eşyaları, değerli elyazmalarının dışında bugünkü kemanların öncüsü olarak kabul edilen sekiz telli keman, sabır taşları ve Galileo’nun döneminde astronomi dersleri vermek için kullandığı küre göreceğimiz yerler arasındadır. Ardından siz değerli misafirlerimize serbest zaman veriyoruz ve İskenderun’a dönüş yolculuğumuz başlıyor. Bir başka Ayas Turizm organizasyonunda görüşmek üzere sizlere veda ediyoruz.

Child discounts can be applied with two adults.

Our guide can make changes during the program, provided that the program is fully realized. Our tours are generally a whole with hotel, bus, plane tour program and guidance services and cannot be considered separately.

Children aged 0-6 may not be provided with beds in hotel accommodation.

There is no charge for children between the ages of 00-1.99 on Bus Tours. If a seat on the bus is requested for children, the price for children aged 02-06 is applied.

In triple rooms, the 3rd bed may not be as comfortable as a normal bed. According to the hotel situation, our guests can be allocated a pull-out bed or a sofa bed.

Every individual over the age of 2 is required to take a seat on the bus.

Transportation, accommodation, sightseeing trips etc. not used in the tour. Rights are non-refundable.

Seats cannot be promised at the time of reservation. Seat numbers are determined according to the order of the reservation date. Guests who buy the tour early are entitled to sit in the front.

Gradual price application is valid on all tours. As the occupancy of the tours increases, the tour prices also increase. In case of price changes after the date of purchase, the guest cannot claim the difference.

In Airplane Tours, Ayas Turizm, depending on the density and not disrupting the program; reserves the right to change the airport, airline company and flight time. In case of airport changes, Ayas Turizm must provide free shuttle service to its guests.

Extra Tours depart depending on the number of people. If an extra tour does not take place, the guest is not entitled to compensation. In this case, Ayas Turizm has no responsibility. Extra Tour prices may vary. In this case, the date on which the tour departs is considered, not the date the guest bought the tour. The extra tour price during the tour period is valid. The guest accepted this and bought the tour.

The hours specified in the tour program are calculated according to normal weather and road conditions, and Ayas Turizm is not responsible for possible delays, and the guest has no right to compensation.

Changes can be made in tour accommodation areas and hotels if they meet the same standards according to the density. All rooms are made by hotel officials and Ayas Turizm has no sanctions regarding the issue.

Accommodation in the Weekend Accommodation Tours has the standards of city hotels. There is no obligation to have local food in the hotels, it serves as a set menu or open buffet.

Due to the intensity of the program during the tours, ATM, exchange office, etc. It is useful for our guests to be prepared for this situation, as it is not always possible to find them.

Local economic menus have been created for lunch. Tables divided into groups are used for lunch and dinner, depending on the density of the region.

Ayas Turizm is not responsible for the tours that cannot be made before or during the tour due to weather conditions.

The minimum number of participants for the movement of the tour is foreseen as 19. Ayas Turizm reserves the right to cancel the tour if there is not enough majority, provided that the tour is notified 3 days in advance.

In case of cancellation of the tour, Ayas Turizm must notify the cancellation in person as in the cancellation policy. Since this is a legal process, guests are not entitled to compensation.

Make sure you take all your belongings with you when you leave the vehicles and hotels we use during the trip, Ayas Turizm is not responsible for your lost belongings.

Our guests who have registered for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If the tour date is less than 30 days, a 30% penalty is applied, and if it is 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied as the tour participation is realized. The participant must submit the report (signed by the Chief Physician) from the State Hospitals in Turkey, which is submitted with the cancellation request. Otherwise, participation in the tour is counted as realized.

ABOUT CANCELLATION RETURN INSURANCE PACKAGE AND MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE

Cancellation refund assurance package; From the day of the tour; Unconditional 100% uninterrupted refund guarantee is offered in case of reservation cancellation or change up to 72 hours (3 days) before. Insurance fee for tours with accommodation is 50 TL per person.

Mandatory travel insurance: The application is made by our agency free of charge to all our guests, within the tour price. In addition, this situation covers the bankruptcy of the agency or the inability to provide package tour services for any reason. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs. (Private Health Insurance is Private Expenditure for the Guest.)

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

    This is due to insufficient participation, extraordinary situations, earthquakes, floods, etc. In case of disaster, you will be notified of the cancellation status at the latest 1 day before the departure of the tour. Your fee will be refunded to you without any fee deduction.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

§  The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independent of the tour program. The tour circular is valid on the date of publication …../…../………. A tour circular of the same tour to be published later will override the previous one.

§  No promise or guarantee of seat number can be given at the time of reservation.

§  There is no guarantee for the transportation and hotel notes considered for the reservation.

§  Child discounts applied in Tour Packages are used for a single child besides two adults.

§  Children aged 0-6 may not be provided with beds in hotel/hotel accommodation.

§  Gradual price increase system can be used in tours.

§  Unused transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, etc. rights are non-refundable.

§  If enough is not reached; The right to cancel is reserved at the producing agency until 21 days before the tour departure date. In the event of such a cancellation, the producer agency is obliged to inform its guests in person.

§  Airplane Tours: Airline contract is valid for aircraft related sections.

Cancellation insurance does not cover air travel. “Economy class” is used in air tour programs.

§  Unless stated otherwise in the program, the Museum card is not included in the tour price. Entrances to Museums and Ruins and all Private Museums, where the Museum Card is valid, are not included in the tour fee, and the payments belong to the tour participants.

§  Extra tours in the Tour Program are carried out depending on the number of people and the conditions of the existing personnel.

§  In the program timing (during the points to be visited during the day or between the days), weather, road conditions, etc. The guide may make changes if it deems necessary for reasons such as:

§  The Manufacturer Agency is not responsible for the places that cannot be visited even though it is written in the tour program due to force majeure (weather, road, density at the places of visit, etc.).

§  Persons are required to have reports about their health problems, pregnancy status, and medications they must use continuously while participating in the tour.

§  The hotel/hotel names mentioned in the tour are the facilities where accommodation priority is given in the tour. Due to density and force majeure, hotels may vary, if they are the same in terms of standard.

§  Clothing, accessories, and shoes (boots, slippers, sandals, water shoes, sports shoes, etc.) suitable for the geographical structure of the region, weather conditions and tour concept should be preferred.

§  Vehicle types used in tours are classified as follows according to the number of people.

Buses: Used for 28 – 46 persons.

Midibus: It is used for 17 = 27 persons.

Minibus: Used for up to 16 people.
