Located in Kalkan Üzümlü village, this 2 suite (en suite) bedroom holiday villa has a capacity of 4 people. From our villa, located in the most scenic location of Üzümlü village, you can see the magnificent Patara beach and even the island of Rhodes on nice days.

Our villa, which was rented for the first time in the 2018 summer season, consists of a combination of stone and modern concept. You will enjoy a spacious holiday with its very large and spacious areas. Our villa consists of 2 floors, on the first floor there is a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a dining room and a small WC. The specially designed rotating TV unit that separates the living room and dining room will rotate to both sides, allowing you to enjoy watching TV from wherever you want. You can have small snacks at the small bar in front of the kitchen. There are bedrooms on the second floor, which is reached by stairs. Both bedrooms have TV, bathroom and balcony with stunning views. The master bedroom has a large hot water jacuzzi measuring 1.90 m x 1.50 m. There is also a laundry room.

Designed entirely for you and your children to enjoy, our villa has a large swimming pool on the pool terrace, a children's pool, a hammock and a 1.50 m x 1.50 m built-in jacuzzi for you to enjoy the view outside or relieve the tiredness of the day. You can relax while sipping your drinks in this jacuzzi. All the furniture, kitchenware, iron and hair dryer you need are available in our villa.

It has a private shaded parking lot for 1 car and internet connection. It is approximately 9 km away from Kalkan city center and takes 15-20 minutes by car. After the asphalt road, the 1 km part of the road coming to our villa is a sterilized dirt road. The village square is 1.5 km away for your daily needs (shopping, mosque, restaurant, breakfast). However, there is door-to-door service for shopping and takeaway food. Our villa is completely conservative and there are no buildings or people in its immediate vicinity. (The front of our villa is the garden belonging to our villa owner.) It is a villa suitable for our conservative families and honeymoon couples.

NOTE: Since our villa is located in nature, our villa owners carry out the necessary pesticides. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility of being found.
